Quinten was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and moved to Minnesota in 1993. He received his Business Management degree from Central Lakes College through The college of St. Scholastica in Duluth. He has over 20 years in Hotel Management and in 2024 decided to change his focus to healthcare . He has a son, two grandsons and a granddaughter (on the way).
