Kristen specializes in helping adults cultivate and sustain healthy, fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Recognizing the complexity of relationships and the additional challenges that underlying conditions can present, she offers specialized support for individuals working through trauma, ADHD, and perinatal mental health. Her focus on relational health stems from a deep belief that meaningful connections can enrich our lives.

After spending 30 years in Colorado, Kristen recently returned to Northern Minnesota. While the winters may be harsher, she cherishes the friendly community of the Iron Range. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys exploring new lakes with her kids, kayaking, playing volleyball, and spending time in nature.
