Tracy Fink

MSW, LGSW

Tracy is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with decades of experience in mental health and human services. She earned her Master of Social Work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and bachelor’s degrees in Community Psychology and Chemical Dependency from St. Cloud State University. She is currently working toward her LICSW.

Tracy works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Her areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the NICU experience. Tracy brings a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach to therapy, using trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT skills, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client. 

Outside of work, Tracy loves traveling and spending time with her husband and their four daughters. At home, Gigi, her miniature dachshund, is always glued to her side and, despite being so small, has somehow managed to become the boss of everyone…including the two cats, Otis & Ollie.
