Marc Olson

MA, MHP-CT, LADC

Marc is a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LADC) and is working towards becoming a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). He earned his master’s degree from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction studies, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring substance-use and mental health disorders. His approach varies depending on individual needs, with individual’s concerns conceptualized through a cognitive-behavioral lens. He utilizes motivational enhancement techniques and seeks to recognize the contextual factors that impact individual well-being. He seeks to honor individuals’ autonomy in assisting them develop personal insight into their own motivations for creating personal change. Outside of work Marc enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and dogs, fishing, and reading.
