Heather Stuber

Heather was born and raised on the Iron Range. Her passion for helping destigmatize mental health concerns in the community is rooted in personal and professional experiences. Over the past decade, she has provided care in the school setting, children’s residential treatment programs, transitional homes, juvenile justice programs, hospice, and an emergency shelter for adolescents. She obtained her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in 2021 and is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner able to treat individuals across the lifespan. Heather specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who find it challenging to manage daily activities, have experienced trauma, are involved in the juvenile justice system, have been sexually exploited, or are facing transitions in life. In addition to mental health medication management services, she will be offering therapy and educational components with an emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices, coping strategies, and building positive relationships. Heather enjoys quality time with her family, fishing, traveling, and spending time at the lake.
