Elaina Gilbert

Elaina is a Mt. Iron native and and received her Bachelor’s Degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin Superior in 2016. She brings with her 6 years of experience in the field of SUDS (substance use disorders) and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings completing Rule 25/chemical use assessments and as a group and individual counselor. Her passion is to help those struggling with addiction and she brings empathy and support with her as someone in long-term recovery herself. Outside of work, Elaina likes to spend time with her son and is his biggest fan at sporting events. She also enjoys time with her family and their 2 dogs and the beautiful outdoors in Minnesota.
